Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Solara Glow. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll note this at checkout when it applies.

Shipping rates and delivery times
We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping (US): estimated 4–8 business days after processing — $10

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not when it's placed, and are not guaranteed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control once a package has left our facility. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at info@solaraglow.us and we'll help investigate.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate the package, please check with neighbors/household and your carrier first, then contact us. For packages damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
